Subject: Great glimpse

This radio performance is a good recording(FM college radio level quality) of the Smashing Pumpkins nearing their end of their transformation from a cure-sounding "gloomy goth pop" band into a delicate-rock-powerhouse band that would come to be represented on the official release Gish. It has very polished versions of their early rock songs and a very raw version of what I understand to be the first live recording of any song to later appear on Gish, "Rhinoceros." A great glimpse into the development of a quickly progressing band. Highly recommended.
